Business Development manager position is for a passionate customer advocate within Amazon, with proven selling, analytical skills, great attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and a proven record of delivering on KPI's. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for trade, field work, a high level of flexibility and commitment.

Responsibilities:
• Look for opportunities to grow the business through acquisition of new sellers.
• Increase selection and manage new accounts.
• Educate sellers on how to list, price and sell their products on Amazon platforms.
• Analyzes sales and other reports that give insights into target sellers, products and listings.
• Resolves issues with contract's financial aspects and commercial operations.
• Conducts market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, FMCG, retail, operations, product or program management, and/or business management/consulting with a proven record of accomplishment in negotiations and delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or similar industries.
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools.
• Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
• Self-starter, ability to take initiatives
• A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
