JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client, one of the leading fashion and lifestyle retail groups in the Middle East who operate over 50 franchises across the region are looking for a Country Manager for Egypt to manage their large portfolio of stores and outlets across the country.

The role requires an experienced manager, preferably with retail experience who will hold many responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Represent the company in Egypt.
Increase company profits across the portfolio of brands.
Manage Operations.
Develop new business.
Increase profitability.
Manage a headcount of up to 1300 employees.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent Leaderships Skills.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
Proficiency in financial acumen.
Experience in operations management, for example, logistics, inventory, IT, loss prevention.
Egyptian National.
