Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Being a technical team leader and coaching team members in relevant skills, while recognizing the contributions of others.
• Assessing and analyzing customers' business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet their objectives.
• Assisting customers in their overall journey to the cloud.
• Ensuring Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
• Being the Oracle solution delivery authority to ensure customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial solutions, cost-effectiveness, quality, and reusability.
• Providing technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions to customers and other Oracle team members to support successful delivery.
• Supporting solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
• Ensuring successful handover from implementation to operations, ensuring the implemented solution fits customer requirements.
• Maintaining the Oracle solution to meet customer demands.
• Working closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure individual work streams are technically well managed.
• Being the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting our presales team and identifying opportunities for sales of Oracle products and services to support business growth.
• Actively leading and contributing to strategic programs and initiatives.
• Helping to utilize and take full advantage of all the value our company offers to our customers.

Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

• Professional experience with expertise in EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially in the SCM track, capable of working on a range of projects including Oracle SCM Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a technical specialist.
• 10+ years in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
• Willingness to deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.
• Experience acting as a specialist, developer, or similar with cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
• Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
• Undergraduate or higher-level degree(s) holder or equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset in challenging situations.
• Driven to take innovative proposals and develop them into mature solutions.
• Ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine suitability and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.
• Creative thinking with solutions.
• Keen to learn new cloud technologies using training opportunities and lab resources in Oracle.

Additional Responsibilities

• 10+ years of implementation experience of Supply Chain Management solutions.
• At least 4 years in implementing SCM SaaS applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes.
• Experience in Procurement modules: Self-service procurement, Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal.
• Experience in Logistics modules: Inventory, Costing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Manufacturing, Maintenance.
• Experience in Oracle cloud Supply Chain products: Order Management, Planning and Manufacturing, SLA, Costing, Procurement, and Fulfillment.
• Designing and developing OTBI reports and writing basic data extraction queries using SQL.
• Experience with CX is an advantage.
• Reviewing Oracle Fusion quarterly functional updates, understanding, mapping to business needs, testing/validating cross-functional and deploying them upon business confirmation.
• Able to engage in pre-sales activities and writing technical proposals.
