Customer Service Assistant - Front Desk - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant - Front Desk in our CFC IKEA store.

As a Customer Service Assistant - Front Desk your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for cash handling and safe custody by ensuring all receipts by way of cash, cheque, or other negotiable instruments etc., are completed according to the company policies, systems and procedures. In addition to control all cash, credit card and foreign currency at the end of the day onto relevant documents.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times by ensuring that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. As well as promptly handle routine customer complaints.
- Follow home delivery standard operating procedures; ensure all goods are labelled before moving to the holding area. As well as report to home delivery senior for any stocks irregularities found while verifying the goods and maintain files of completed and pending deliveries.
- Responsible for updating PGI reports on a weekly basis and co-ordinate with STS system Errors Maintain all documents/record as required by company systems and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Assistant - Front Desk, we are seeking a bachelor's degree holder in any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
