Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Distribution Specialist
What will you do?
- Coordinate outbound transactions activities to reduce delivery lead time & the time consumed to record shipments on the system
- Monitor and direct flow and/or outbound movement of products to ensure dock rotation and availability.
- Implement distribution KPI's dashboard for smooth operations and efficiency
- Oversee the proper processing and documentation of daily deliveries and issued orders to ensure receiving receipts are recorded
- Plan and manage the transportation and distribution of goods to various locations to meet customer requirements.
- Use logistics IT systems to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding the distribution of goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage relationships with key carriers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to laws, standards, and regulations related to safety and quality by Preparing and monitoring the methods used for loading/unloading, including proper safety to handle procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures to align with Raya policies & procedures to ensure a safe work environment, an accurate and secure inventory.
Requirements:
What will you need?- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Business Administration or any related degree
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
- Strong Leadership qualities.
- Recognizes and understands part numbers, serials and alpha/numeric codes
- Computer and Microsoft Office Application Skills.
