Events & Promotions Manager - Marketing & Sales - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are Seeking to hire an Events & Promotions Manager to plan and overlook the calendar of events and activations taking place in the Mall or City, which will contribute into creating the overall consumer experience desired by the management. As well as, budget for the events and source sponsors to power owned events or rent spaces in the City. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Plan and manage the yearly calendar of events and activities for the mall and city making the place the ultimate entertainment destination in New Cairo.
- Develop, produce and deliver projects, whether events, promotions or activation, from proposal right up to delivery.
- Managing suppliers and agencies and coordinate with various departments in the company to ensure proper execution of events
- Coordinate with Legal department the issuance of required agreements and contracts and make sure all governmental required documents are available before the event
- Coordinate with communication to develop relevant material whenever this is required: print, video, audio, etc.
- Coordinate with social media to push feeds on each event and activity for announcing and post event digital amplifications.
- Provide leadership, motivation and direction and support to the events function team

REQUIREMENTS

- BA in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication
- 7-9 years in event agencies or event management

Job-Specific Skills:
- Awareness of new trends of international entertainment.
- Contacts with events agencies and suppliers.
- Communication and interpersonal skills

Behavioural Competencies:
- Ability to deal with various people, to manage simultaneous jobs
- Work under pressure
- Set priorities
- High trouble shooting capability.
