JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Head of Retail - L'Oréal Luxury Division
To develop and implement the retail roadmap, organization, processes, and tools to operate successfully our retail business in cooperation with Group's key functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with L'Oréal Business managers to define and implement the Group's/Zone's/Country's Retail strategy, assessing the opportunities and the risks involved.
- Define and implement the cross-functional organization and ways of working to successfully implement the retail strategy/roadmap.
- Manage and leverage real estate, property management, and opening processes and cost efficiencies to optimize our investment in Retail.
- Implement retail standards and practices, tools, systems, and controls (in partnership with key functions) to optimize store performance, drive efficiency, and control risk.
- Work with HR to build retail HR tools and capabilities to support the business and develop a 'Retail talent' strategy.
- Animate the retail community to foster a common vision, shared objectives, and accountability for retail initiatives.
- Ensure data privacy compliance in Retail.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in retail management or another related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.
- English Language proficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
