Employment: Full Time

My client is a multinational financial services company looking for a HR Business Partner for Egypt.

The Role

The HR Business Partner role will report to the HR Manager in Egypt. The main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Responsible for recruiting and hiring
* Orientation of new employees
* Planning for training & development of staff
* Work as an advocate to the change management and support the Organizational health initiatives.
* Work closely with functional heads to assess the various needs

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate:

* 5 years as a HR Generalist looking to step up into a more senior role - essential
* Egyptian and looking to work within Egypt - essential
* Multinational experience - essential
* Excellent communication skills - essential
*Salary EGP 20,000 - 25,000
