JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

HR Resourcing Supervisor _VOIS

Role purpose:

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing Mass/Care hiring Talents.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of resourcing requirements for Mass/Care hires working in close partnership with subject matter experts.
- Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Services and the HRBP teams.
- Form a detailed understanding of digital business priorities to develop a proactive and evolving recruitment plan covering future skills, capabilities and headcount requirements.
- Build strong Mass/Care talent pipeline for future demand.
- Working on employer branding plans aligned with company strategy.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and in depth expertise of the external digital market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary.
- Ensure digital talent pipelines exist to meet the future resource requirements of the business functions.
- Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
- Interview candidates using the competency based approach.
- Create monthly dashboard including analytics & trends
- Support in the development and implementation of resourcing improvement projects as required.

Requirements:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong operational focus, combined with technical and business acumen
- Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
- Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment
- Full cycle digital recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed budget and timescales
- Prior recruitment experience - recruiting for mass hiring
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or relevant fields is a plus
