Overview of the role
Highly focused on ensuring the smooth, efficient, and customer-centric operation of the store's IT systems, directly impacting daily sales, customer experience, and co-worker productivity.
What you will do
- Responsible for managing and maintaining business applications and databases by performing required activities to improve efficiency of system operations.
- Close liaison with business users by being the primary point of contact for day-to-day support on IT operations, requests, and incidents across multiple stores/business units regionally.
- Accountable for implementation and/or integration of digital and IT solutions across various channels (stores and online), in close coordination with the Business Solutions Manager and Digital/IT project teams.
- Support the project team on market expansion projects in configuring and implementing digital and IT solutions across the new business units, as per project timelines.
- Support the development and implementation of D365/NAV/BC solutions across various modules and assist in the design and development of integrations between D365 and other systems.
- Responsible for working with various functions on ERP application engagements including support of new system implementations, upgrades, and/or extensions of existing applications, in close coordination with the Regional IT Ops Manager.
- Ensuring optimal performance and availability of all critical IT infrastructure and applications within the store are functioning seamlessly and are consistently available to support day-to-day operations.
What you will need
- 3+ years' experience working as an IT analyst in retail industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in either D365, BC, or NAV.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or the like.
- Sound technical and functional knowledge of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, CRM365.
- Good practical experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting technical issues.
