JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About us
Orange Business is a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business. Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.
About the role
As a senior business analyst, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering Orange Business's integration strategy. This position sits within the Orange Business IT (OB IT) organization, contributing to two strategic pillars of our digital transformation efforts:
The API for Business program aims to provide our customers with an efficient digital channel, a suite of APIs that allows them to manage their offerings autonomously. The goal is to give customers the ability to interact with and control their business processes through secure, real-time APIs, thereby improving their agility, operational efficiency, and independence. The program includes the design and implementation of a central Logic API Layer, developed by a transversal team supporting the broader transformation of our customer-facing services.
Orange Business is implementing a strategic, cloud-native Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) that will serve as the central integration backbone across all Orange Business systems. This platform will orchestrate data flows between front-office systems (e.g., eShop, eCare) and back-office domains (e.g., incident management, OSS, billing), ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability of integration services. The iPaaS will sit at the heart of the Orange digital ecosystem, enabling modular and future-proof system interactions across the enterprise.
As a senior business analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define, document, and deliver functional and technical requirements. Your contribution will be essential to the success of these large-scale, transformative programs.
