Job brief
End to end ownership of the consumer broadband indirect sales channel within the assigned territory, with the aim of achieving sales targets, focusing on consistency and sustainability. Also, expanding reach and ensuring availability and enhancing revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Utilize all the company resources to achieve sales targets.
- Continue to grow and refine an already established territory.
- Develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and recruit new resellers.
- Execute trade activities and promotions to enhance performance and achievement.
- Follow up with resellers on the daily workflow to make sure it's aligned with the assigned targets.
- Identify reasons that may lead to business opportunities loss and market visibility.
- Prepare and execute a weekly visit plan.
- Ensure company's appropriate visibility that is representative of our brand image in the assigned territory.
- Ensure that resellers are well branded and have sufficient and relevant material.
- Position Orange as the ISP of choice within the assigned territory.
- Act as the coordinator between Orange and the dealers with end to end ownership of resolving all their issues with the company's different departments; support functions, logistics, installation, collection, financials, etc.
- Manage the relationship with resellers; maintaining channel control and positive influence within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly activity reports including own activity, market insight and competitive insight.
- Monitor, assess and continuously develop resellers performance and capabilities; ensuring appropriate and effective representation in the market.
- Train resellers to use Orange systems and identify the company policies.
- Hold regular meetings with the resellers members to strengthen communication and ensure sharing the same objectives.
- Set short and long term sales plans for resellers.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a relevant area.
Skills and abilities
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
