Specialist (Logistics)

What will you do:
- Handle export and import bookings for fresh products and frozen, coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics of shipments, ensuring timely transportation and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Export team, supply demand and third party to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality of product.
- Conduct quality assessments during the loading to ensure all fresh products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze transportation and storage costs related to products, generating reports to identify efficiencies and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Complete and manage all necessary documentation, including FORM13 files, invoices, and compliance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for the commercial team, addressing customer inquiries related to logistics, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and analyze reports on logistics performance, including monthly updates on transportation costs and efficiency, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Follow up on payment requests for service providers and update the Statement of Account (SOA) to maintain accurate financial records.

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
