Plumbing Service Technician

About the role:

As a plumbing service technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our clients. You will be expected to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, install new plumbing systems, and provide excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide and that their plumbing systems are functioning properly.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• At least 5 years of experience as a plumbing service technician
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with residential plumbing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• ServiceTitan experience

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
• Install new plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
