What you will do

Become our customers' trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You'll support the operation of infrastructure and platform deployments onsite and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.

- Provide production operation support for ODI
- Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems
- Install, configure, and operate Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products
- Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support
- Analyze product problems to find resolutions
- Resolve new and complex issues, research technical enquiries, and handle user problems
- Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments
- Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches
