Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Register the new awarded contracts/change requests (CRs) on AX system.
  • Gather the required approvals from the stakeholders on PAF and P&L.
  • Follow up with the stakeholders for the COR approvals.
  • AX data entry and validation in coordination with the concerned project manager (PM) and head of project manager (HPM).
  • Manage the CRs forms and all the required approvals from the stakeholders.
  • Apply the project revisions on AX.
  • Manage the updates for the revenue in/cash out forecast on AX.
  • Attend meetings held between project managers and HPM, register requirements and follow up with PMs until pending tasks are completed.
  • Make daily report to HPM with pending issues in projects.
  • Follow up our business plan to register any reviews during the year by attending all unit meetings.
  • Participate in the preparations of monthly business report meetings to review business plan updates with management.
  • Register on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and register delays.
  • Send due tasks to resources and follow up with them daily to update plan.
  • Arrange internal training courses for our technical team.
  • File all necessary project documents including correspondences in/out, purchasing orders, petty cash, attendance reports, and others.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange appointments in internal meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Follow up internal policies and procedures such as web time sheet (WTS), change order request (COR), and AX systems and fix any problems appearing with their owners.
  • Document the project's lessons learnt and corrective action plans for key issues.

  • Project financials, reporting, and control.
