JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- To ensure that the quality requirements of various manufactured and refurbished products are satisfactorily met during the product realization.
- Carry out Visual Inspection per Work Order & BOM requirements
- Carry out Dimensional Inspection per Work Order & BOM requirements
- Carry out Hardness Testing per Work Order & BOM requirements.
- Carry out surface Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) per Work Order & BOM requirements.
- Carry out Volumetric NDT - UT as per Work Order & BOM requirements
- Review and sign off subcontracted NDT reports for outsourced NDT activities such as RT and UT as applicable.
- Carry out weld inspection as per Work Order & BOM requirements.
- Adherence to any applicable Special Procedure (SP), Cameron Procedure, Quality Plan (QP), Work Instruction requirements during the course of the inspection.
- Carry out receiving inspection checks on the incoming raw material to verify traceability and various inspection characteristics such as dimensions, hardness etc. as per applicable receiving inspection procedures & work instructions.
- Preparation of DOPs for aftermarket equipment upon completion of the inspection.
- Preparation of Inspection Reports as applicable.
- Raising of Non-Conformance Reports as when these are identified during the inspection process.
- Verification of Pressure test reports as per applicable test procedures.
- Carry out calibration of various measuring and test equipment as per applicable procedure.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of oil and gas experience
- Min. 3 years industry equipment inspection experience.
- NDE/MPI qualifications.
- UT Qualifications
- Demonstrate an understanding engineering drawing.
- Experience in MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook
- Preferred Qualifications Inspection of Cameron products experience
