What you'll do

Role Purpose

The main responsibility of the Radio Project Management Technical Lead is to manage large complex projects within the Radio Team, interacting with all technology departments , Business Stakeholders & Regulatory Teams , also to Plan and monitor all project costs and timescales and ensures management reporting and stakeholder engagement through consistent processes , as well as continuous process improvement based on lessons learned.

Accountabilities, Competencies and KPI's
- Delivering programs and projects on time within agreed quality, while fulfilling the requirements and expectations agreed with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
- Creating & managing Mobile Network annual projects calendar, updating it regularly & sharing it with concerned teams across Technology
- Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Background in portfolio management, product delivery and/or project management
- Strong organizational and co-ordination skills.
- Excellent presentation skills (communication as well as creation of slides / story telling)
- Facilitate key program meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved
- Have Realistic approach to problem solving and issues
- Strong experience in engagement with Senior Leadership and other Stakeholders
