JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Greeted customers and determined their needs and wants
- Discussed type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase
- Recommended merchandise based on individual requirements
- Advised customers on utilization and care of merchandise
- Provided advice to clients regarding particular products or services
- Explained the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
- Answered customers queries and concerns
- Maintained sales records for inventory control
- Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
- Handle all returns courteously and professionally
- Responsible for achieving personal sales goals
- Be aware of current promotional events and sales
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in any related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service previous retail sales experience.
