We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a nationwide sales team for a well-established multinational medical devices company.

Description
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8 sales representatives across Egypt to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Set and monitor both individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
* Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies that drive market share and revenue growth.
* Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to support sales initiatives.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on market dynamics and team performance.
* Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives across the region.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales leadership in the dental sector.* Degree in dentistry or extensive experience in dental sales is mandatory
* Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing sales teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Fluent in both English and Arabic
* In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian market and its dynamics
