Description
Sales representative – duty free
Location: Cairo airport
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives at points of sale.
- Monitor product availability and stock levels at client locations.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and customer trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective execution of sales plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- Good to very good English level.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian free/open market sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
