Role overview
Tawantech is seeking a senior finance manager to join our offshoring team in Cairo. The role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making for regional and international stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Support senior management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with offshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely financial delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus).
- 8–12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Experience in offshoring or multinational environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
