Key responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy advanced security solutions including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation.
• Perform comprehensive network security assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Manage the response to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring quick remediation.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and evolving technology trends to enhance security strategies.
• Guide and mentor junior security staff, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security framework implementations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and resolving security incidents effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
