Senior Networking and Security Engineer

Description

A leading company in the Egyptian ICT industry is seeking a senior networking & security engineer to join their talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for the project delivery within the assigned technology offering and ensuring the best customer experience and profitability for both the customer and the company.

Key responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Oversee site survey in coordination with presales team.
• Coordinate the revision of SO received from the project manager in case of any required amendments.
• Make necessary amendments to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with standards.
• Be responsible for service delivery for the assigned technology in multiple projects through maintaining customer experience and profitability.
• Manage the customers training on the implemented services, providing comprehensive knowledge transfer.
• Assist in the testing of SO systems during and after installation to validate proper functionality.
• Assist in inspecting on the assigned projects.
• Manage the projects documentations developed as per standards.
• Support customers for technical issues as per the SLA contract or standard warranty.
• Be updated on new technologies and new brands and be accountable for taking the required training, exams, and certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, project management, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.
• Create the scope of service (SOS) and update the implementation plan for the project.

Key performance indicators
