JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering projects within our organization in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical bids of Project Management Services:
- Coordinate with the Tendering Team in the preparation of proposals
- Review RFPs and coordinating with clients for clarifications
- Prepare methodologies
- Prepare related staff deployment plans
- Assess candidates for positions
- Contribute to commercial tenders: fee buildup and commercial qualifications
- Assist in setting up new projects
- Conduct periodic projects reviews and assessments
Requirements:
- Qualification; BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management- Minimum of 15 years in the developments and buildings sectors
- Strong command of English language. Arabic speaker is a plus.
- PMI / PMP preferred.
