Job Description

Looking for a Site Engineer to work on a room renovation & new buildings project inside the Resort.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Ensure compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
- Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects and contribute to improvements to existing designs.
- Monitor construction progress for adherence to design, program, safety, and quality.
- Responsible for supervising projects and the contractors in the hotel.
- Helping in bidding and quoting the projects.
- Checking the requirements of the projects and comparing them with BOQ.
- Responsible for supervising the MEP works according to project layouts.
- Sending daily report with the needed works to the head of department.
- Revise all the project invoices and filing and document it.
- Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- A Bachelor degree of Civil or Architecture Engineering is a must.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- V. Good Experiences with Experience in Microsoft and AutoCAD applications
- Arabic Native Language & Good command of English is mandatory.
- Know your way around Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- Humble and open to new ideas.
- Doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
- You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include weekdays and weekends to support the team, as and when required.
