Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is expanding its talent pool with the following job post "HR Senior Executive"

What will you do?
- Perform the recruitment process for job vacancies
- Manage the onboarding process for new joiners (Induction)
- Provide HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
- Manage the exit interview process and analyze the results
- Assist in the learning needs analysis process
- Keep the HR system updated with accurate data
- Manage the performance management process (JD - Objectives Setting - Evaluation)
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

- From 3 to 5 years of HR experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- HR certification is preferred
