Description

You’ll be monitoring the data center for our organization (network, platform, and applications on 24/7).

Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinating with second level support to fix the problem.

Monitoring and checking KPIs.

Troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and network (VPN) issues.

Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat, and Apache applications.

Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way.

Handle different requests using a ticket system or email.

Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Must be a fresh graduate or within two years of graduation.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must have very good command of English.
  • Previous experience with Linux, Windows administration, MSSQL administration.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Preferable to have RHCSA or RHCE certification.
  • Good knowledge of MCSA, MSSQL, and IIS administration.
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL Server, Tomcat, and Apache.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
