About the job

JOB PURPOSE:
- The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating all trainings in accordance with the RDMC Training Plan.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all training related inquiries, communicating and coordinating with trainers, training's facilitators, project's managers and other relevant teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Create training schedules for the entire company, track and create excel reports on outcomes of all training.
- Coordinating the logistics of the training sessions including (reservations and booking classrooms and ensure they are properly set up, coffee breaks, lunch) when needed.
- Manage all Training Center related purchase requests including prepares PO's and ensure that the invoices are paid.
- Act as a point-of-contact for suppliers and participants
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Administering program scheduling details, attendance and follow through on implementation.
- Document, file and archive details of training needs, training completed and Qualification/Certification requirements, in line with audit standard.
- Maintains the internal Training System with the most up to date and accurate records.
- Following up with the participants via email and/or phone to answer any questions concerning the pre-work.
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite.

REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree level in relevant domain
- Fluent in English
- MS Office proficiency

KNOWLEDGE:
- General technical knowledge
- Team Management

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in training domain for complex industries
- Have an experience in the change management culture.
