Job Description
- Responsible for building and leading a team for each of his practices.
- Development of new offerings.
- Support in Business Development plan with commercial team.
- Direct practice leads to be ready for coming business.
- Work with practice leads on enhancement plans to automate the work and optimize the performance of MS delivery model.
Requirements:
Personal Skills- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, particularly in a managerial role.
- Competence in managing teams and projects from a distance.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with individuals from different nationalities.
- Skills in leading a team of managers and a larger team of personnel (40-50).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization.
Technical Skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of practice activities within relevant projects and contracts.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of practices.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
- Participate in initiatives and research & development (R&D) as needed.
- Act as the technical expert on projects, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Develop technical tools for knowledge storage and retrieval, continuously update the knowledge base, and encourage team usage.
