We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Group Communication team in the capacity of Web Designer.
Overview of the role
We are expanding our global design team in Egypt and other parts of the region to support our operations across more than 20 countries. We are looking for an exceptional Web Designer to help shape and elevate our online presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in creating visually stunning and highly functional websites, while integrating AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows and ensure a superior user experience.
Our ideal candidate is flexible, agile, and ready to take on both small and large projects. You should be passionate about web design and development, with a strong ability to merge creativity with usability. Familiarity with WordPress WCMS is preferred, as it is our company's standard platform for managing web content and digital experiences. What you will do
- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites that align with the company's branding and business objectives, using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Implement AI-powered design tools such as Uizard, Fronty, or Adobe Sensei to enhance design processes and improve user experience.
- Create and manage content on WordPress WCMS, ensuring alignment with company standards and optimal website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging web content, landing pages, and interactive elements that cater to our diverse global audience.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and accessibility, ensuring seamless experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, AI technologies, and UX/UI best practices to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
- Manage multiple web design projects from concept to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring timely delivery.

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating responsive websites and digital content.
- Proficiency in WordPress WCMS is highly preferred, as it is our company's standard for web content management.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools like Uizard, Fronty, or Adobe Sensei to optimize web design workflows.
- Previous experience working in global consultancies, agencies, or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
