Job Description:
• Expand client portfolio by targeting potential customers from Day 1, understanding their shipping requirements, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are met and shipments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, promote company services through events and presentations, and deliver proposals to achieve sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth by conducting field work to build industry connections, staying up to date to industry trends and competitors, and monitoring threats to sales performance and reporting to senior management regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure successful execution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction while implementing improvements in sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
