JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Company:
A highly regarded construction company involved in the delivery of world class healthcare projects in the UK and Internationally.
The Position:
• As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• You will report to the Project Manager on all matters, specifically HSE and QA.
• Monitor programme and ensure progress is maintained in accordance with programme sequence and periods.
• Complete and maintain the Daily Diary.
• Be fully conversant with Project Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan and ensure it is complied with.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Required:
• Extensive experience in construction managing large-scale hospital projects.
• Experienced working in Africa.
• Recognised H&S qualification.
• Qualified in a relevant discipline. CSCS Card or alternative required.
• A high level of responsibility will be given, therefore a conscientious and enthusiastic approach is essential. You will need to be assertive, self-motivated, outgoing and capable of advising solutions to logistical challenges.
