JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The opportunity:
We are hiring an ambitious and technically minded Administrator to join our established and growing team based in India.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
• Handle OEM AMC service providers, operational maintenance service providers for M&E and allied hard services for smooth and trouble-free operation of services with Electrical power supply, UPS, HVAC, PAC, fire detection and firefighting systems, critical room maintenance, emergency power supply, water supply etc.
• Assist in managing M&E scope of the projects like repairs, modifications of infrastructure to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints on time.
• Facility-Infrastructure, Risk and Asset Management.
• Oversee and report daily operations on infrastructure & ME operations.
• Maintenance of critical spares and spares and inventory management
• Carry out the work as per line manager’s instructions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
• Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Having previous Facility Management experience ideally within technical areas and projects.
• Employee and Stakeholder management.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Project management (Planning, Execution & Takeover).
• Vendor Management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Skilled in operations & maintenance of critical equipment.
• Work Experience in MNC/corporate facilities.
