JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
LUKOIL Mid-East (West Qurna-2 Project is currently searching the Iraqi national candidate to occupy Shift Superintendent position.
Location: West Qurna-2, Basra, Iraq
Work Schedule: shift, 28/28 days
Responsibilities:
• Ongoing operational control processes of oil and gas production
• Organization of works for preventing and eliminating of deviations in oil and gas production, processing, water injection, capital construction activities.
• Controlling the start-up of new wells after drilling, completion, stimulation, tie-in
• Controlling the field development plan performance
• Controlling the processes of well stimulation, flowback and well testing
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
• A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in oil and gas industry
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Supervisor/Superintendent/Manager position
• Deep knowledge of oil and gas production technology
• Solid knowledge of VBA and excel functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
