Supply Chain Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to be based in Iraq .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Continuously improve sales forecasting techniques and processes through training and collaboration with commercial teams.
- Develop SOP process framework, including demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management.
- Identify and provide solutions to overall supply chain operation-related issues.
- To achieve continuous, accurate, and timely product supply to customers and ensure operations are well-positioned to enable & achieve significant sales growth in the coming years.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare statistical forecast reports.
- Prepare and analyse supply chain financial statements to ensure adherence to reporting and procedural standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree. Master's Degree and/or any similar supply chain-related certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain & operations.
- Advanced ERP and supply chain management software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
