JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client are an early stage Israeli and Israeli-related focused Venture Capital fund, investing into a wide-range of industries including Mobility, Enterprise Software, IoT, AI and Fintech amongst others. The firm look to invest in and partner with visionary entrepreneurs who have a global vision. The partners have significant global experience in investing, corporate development and as entrepreneurs.
Currently the firm are looking for an Associate to join their team in correlation with their new fundraise. Your role would be to work across the deals including developing a network to source investments, execute current deal-flow by doing due diligence and participating in negotiations in addition to supporting the portfolio.
Key skills and experience:
· Pre-MBA technical background; Studied Computer Science/Engineering or related field
· Pre-MBA technical work experience as a developer, product development/management or in R&D
· Gone onto study for an MBA at an international school or had 1-2 years of business experience in venture capital, consulting, banking, corporate development or business development ideally with an international coverage
· Fluent in Hebrew and English languages
REQUIREMENTS

You will directly co-lead deals with the Partners and lead areas of sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and have an active role within portfolio companies.
