JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading international Multi level marketing company specialising in Direct Selling is seeing to recruit an experienced assistant GM for the Sub Saharan African territory. The role will involve running the P&L for the business, handling regulatory and compliance Matters and driving business across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be very strong in business, have good P&L experience and able to handle regulatory and compliance matters. The person must know the local market already very well and be able to work in a pressured fast paced environment. This is one level below a Country Manager so as such this person should be extremely motivated and ready for challenges. Previous experience in a similar industry such as FMCG, Consumer durables etc would be advantageous.
