JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Bartender required for busy upmarket rooftop lounge
Objectives: To serve and create upmarket craft cocktails and infusions
Main responsibilities:
• Customer service
• Drink creation
• Bar hygiene
• Reporting to: Head Mixologist
• Number required: 1
• Duration: 2 year contract
• Desired start date: ASAP
• Probation: 6 months
• Working Hours: 9hrs
• Travel requirements: N/A
• Gross monthly base salary: BD320 +++
• Commission / Bonus: Service charge + 1 month bonus on completion of contract
• Other Benefits: Own tips to keep, sharing accommodation, transport, medical, return ticket end of contract all provided

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5yrs working in upmarket bars and lounges
• Must be social, be able to work with a large dynamic and energetic team
• European/South African/North/South American preferred
• GCC experience preferred but no essential
