JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer/2D Motion Designer/Videographer/Photographer/Editor to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for brand storytelling, demonstrable familiarity with social media, and the ability to express complex concepts in a simple and engaging way in 30 seconds or less.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Graphic design is required for a variety of products and activities, including; packaging, in-store signage, exhibitions and displays, digital artworks, advertising etc.
• Must learn about all the products; their uses, benefits and functionality in order to create comprehensive, appealing and highly visual content.
• Continuously self-develop and learn new skills while further developing existing skills.
• Assist in the development and execute unique ideas, concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print marketing.
• Research global trends in marketing and visual design to keep on top of what is new and exciting.
• Provide visual marketing content for still, video, 2D animation design, and photography to achieve business objectives in line with brand identity this includes:
• Create and edit original web, social, and media content using equipment including DSLRs, GoPros, sound recording equipment, and smartphone capture.
• Design promotional videos - create short promotional videos for various products and services offered.
• Record important events using a camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit photo/video content and create graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar editing software.
• Refine audio through sound mixing and audio post-production enhancement/cleanup, and search for music tracks.
• Set up equipment and sets - set up and break down recording equipment and sets before and after use. This includes taping down cables for safety.
• Maintain equipment - keep all video and audio equipment in good working order, reporting any damage or loss, as necessary.
• Manage photo and video archives.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in graphic/visual design preferred.
• 2-3 years of recent work experience designing, creating, shooting and editing social media content (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
• A strong portfolio of client work with a wide range of digital creative executions.
• Reliable under pressure and disciplined with time management, organization and strong attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of color theory, foundational design, motion graphics.
• A solid understanding of cameras, equipment and associated gear, lighting, sound.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You have a portfolio of stunning creative work, you are passionate about beauty and visual storytelling and are always looking to create original content. You are a talented graphic designer but overall understand social media communications and all the emotions attached to it
You can shoot, photograph, design and edit. You communicate the functionality of products with images, short videos or animations and can create your own graphical elements.
