Objectives:
Each Project/Ship Repair Manager is responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a designated ship repair project. Ensuring that a repair project is completed on time and within budget, and that the project’s objectives are met. Oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work carried out and representing the yard to customer and vessel staff.
- Ensuring that safe working practices are met at all times.
- Liaising with yard departments to ensure customers specification.
- Ensuring the project is carried out to the standards required but at minimal cost.
- Reporting to: Project Departments Manager

- Probation: 3 months
- Duration: 1-year contract (extendable)

Salary:
BHD 1,800 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
