JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Assist and develop job criteria.
• Design recruitment advertisements and job postings on approved media.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with external agencies and potential recruitment sources.
• Screen resumes to best match requirements as per the position criteria.
• Interview junior positions and arrange to provide support to interview senior positions.
• Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
• Assist the VP - HR in hiring local nationals as per nationalization quota in country of operations.
• Continuously search the workforce market & Identify suitable recruitment channel for company.
• Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure recruitment policy, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Meet walk-in applicants, collects and assesses resumes.
• Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate with accepted candidates to provide full recruitment and personal details. Maintain
accurate and complete personal files of the staff.
• Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions and for both rejected and accepted candidates.
• Generate recruitment related reports on weekly basis.
• Implement the company-wide training frameworks.
• Regular consultation with Department Managers and Group Human Resources Department.
• Support and development of internal pipeline talent in functions/sectors.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure the proper implementation of training and development programs.
• Facilitate and manage succession plan communications with senior executives.
• Liaise with Department Managers to implement consistent and current role profiles using standard templates incorporating full competency model.
• Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/ College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 4 to 5 years recruitment experience.
• Proficient in MS Office application
