RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide assistance in the roll out of HR Initiatives, which cover but is not limited to, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Structure, Performance Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Services and HR Operations.
· Act as a focal point with benefits providers such as medical insurers. To ensure all legal and operational documents have been prepared, collated, and submitted ensuring regular follow up regarding submissions and queries.
· Manage Employee Medical insurance daily issues which covers but is not limited to Employee refunds, emergency approvals, opting in new joiners, opting out leaves, managing service provider's invoices and payments in coordination with Finance team.
· Prepare, review and perform ad hoc analysis for a variety of data, information and reports related to employment information, recruitment, leaves, attendance, overtime, employee benefits and feedback for interpretation and consideration on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
· Establish and organize the maintenance of Employee records Employee Master Data File (EMDF), ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality excluding any Pay data.
· Prepare and process new employees' pre-joining, post-joining documents and actions including but not limited to preparing new employee launch plans, IT Equipment, access cards and finger print management.
· Manage the attendance system and prepare monthly attendance, overtime and leaves reports.
· Prepare and set up new employees' first day on boarding activities such as IT and personnel meetings, Office Tour, HR policies communication and new starter kit in coordination with line managers.
· Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or new hires.
· Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs.
· Gather personnel records/data from other departments or employees when required.
· Perform regular employee benefits' surveys to ensure the quality of service and address any required action points.
· Organise and manage HR internal, external events and seasonal activities including event management like employment fairs, Internal and Externa HR trainings, etC
· Follow up on online trainings completion status.
· Completely own the translation of HR related docs from ENG / AR and Visa Versa required from regional teams.· Prepare New hires' monthly announcements.

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic skills
· Proficient in MS Office suite
· 3-5 years' experience in administration and HR.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Well-developed networking skills
