Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in the design and execution of all research projects, this includes:

• Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in establishing resourcing requirements to generate customer insights, including agency partnerships, qualifying suppliers for both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in planning, budgeting and commissioning all research projects
• Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in analyzing the outcome of the research

- Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in Identifying Customer Experience targets
- Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in leading the organization and setting gold standard customer experience per segment and dividing it into quarterly achievable targets with clear assigned responsibilities and dependencies.
- Assisting the Marketing Intelligence Manager in monitoring the progress and taking corrective actions wile liaising with concerned stake holders

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 0- 2 Years of Experience in Similar Role in FMCG/Telecom Industry is a plus
- Market Research experience is a Plus.
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and able to convert key findings into simple presentable communication
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Marketing
