JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

DESCRIPTION

- Prepare all defect units and send them to suppliers for (Replacement, credit not , Fixed ) .
- Follow-up with suppliers about the items at their side within SLA.
- Contact with Finance team to proceed deduction for credit notes which received.
- Contact Ops Team if the replacement units need to be switched with other (model, color ).
- Transfer replaced units from our facility to normal location at FC side.
- Make good communication with suppliers to speed up process and decrees the SLA.
- Contact with categories team to know the suppliers agreement.
- Make meeting with suppliers to put agreement for returns process.
- Directing the delegate to complete the work with the suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a suitable role- Good communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Supply Chain- Experience in e-commerce
