Executive - Sales For Kerastase, Chennai

We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of 'Executive - Sales' for our Professional Product Division for the brand Kerastase. This is an individual contributor role where one has to apply and lead the commercial business strategy to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets, be responsible for the successful delivery of services and also contribute to the winning of new key customers. The candidate should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be Chennai with outstation travel of 5 - 7 days a month and candidates should have experience in strong Client Managing roles, B2B Sales etc. The details of the job are given below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the distribution
• Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products Implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members along with Trainers' support
• Participate in the development of new training actions
• Make qualitative feedback on our products sell-out
• Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy
• Responsible for the growth (targets and Business development)of given territory Handling operations pertaining to logistics
• Working closely with education team for smooth business development
• Handling relationship management with Key Clients (Salons)

REQUIREMENTS

Key Deliverables:

• Drive Sales
• Facilitate Education
• Strong relationship management with clients & Hairstylists

Technical Skillsets:

• Sensitivity to beauty Sales and secondary sales objectives
• Relationship orientation to manage distributors and achieve secondary

Key Competencies:

• Experience in B2B sales with FMCG or professional beauty brands will be preferredPrior Client Management experience

Education:

• Graduate
• MBA preferred

Language proficiency:

• Tamil proficiency will be an add-on

Key Relationships:

• Internal: Sales, Merchandising, Controller
• External: Customers (Salons), Hairstylists
