JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

- A leading manufacturer and retailer of bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, lighting products.

Job Location:

- Company Head Office (near Gurgaon).

Recruitment & Talent Development

- Comprehensive management of the Recruitment Life-Cycle, including screening, sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, and rolling out of offers for International & Domestic mandates.
- Recruitment Bench marking with various level from role wise, industry wise, competency wise, deliverable potential judgement etc.
- Develop recruitment strategy for the organization in a systematic way and ensure the implementation of the process in a systematic channel.
- Create and Develop a Talent Pool to Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Drafting and Designing Job Description with the element of Role Enhancement and Enrichment for various positions as per the business needs.
- Identify Future Talent Needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Counsel the candidate on Organizational Benefits, Rewards, and Work Environment.
- Publishing Various Recruitment and Talent Management Dashboards.


Manpower Planning

- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Ensure the execution of manpower planning by Identifying departmental needs of manpower, achieve recruitment targets as per the plan set.
- Assist in developing the recruitment strategy and manpower plan /targets on a yearly basis
- Establish the yearly manpower plan budget in collaboration with the different functions based on the approved organization structure.
- Coordinate with function heads to identify recruitment needs in line with manpower plan and meet with department heads on a quarterly basis to identify recruitment challenges and recommend action plans HR Leaders.


Training & Competency Development

- Pioneering in multiple Learning & Professional Competency developments interventions in the domains of new hire Induction, communication skills, People Coaching, Potential developments, team building, selling skills and customer service etc.
- Administration of psychometric tools to initiate career development framework.
- Management of the end to end communication framework for the all instructors led and virtual programs PAN Asia in the leadership and professional development vertical.
- Streamline of training need and analysis, feedback collation and nomination process for all the interventions.
- Designing the various levels of training and development matrix and ensuring the end to end implementation and execution.

Salary:
INR 100,000 to 125,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate/Masters degree in Human Resources from top institution.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as a team leader in talent acquisition roles.
- Preferably from building material or manufacturing industries.
- Global hiring experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks (hirings) simultaneously.
