We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help the sales teams verify their sellers' identity and support them with getting their sellers live on Souq.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage Souq Sellers Identity Verification and approval process for new sellers in the assigned territory
• Support the sales and business teams to maintain optimum outcomes
• Build and manage sales performance tracking and audit
• Provide data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports
• Work with business and legal team to address local issues and escalations and enhance risk control mechanism and present strategic initiatives to senior business management
• Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality and productivity
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Business Development, or On boarding teams as required to resolve Seller’s Verification issues and questions.

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or marketing
• Experience in any related field of a support function
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (esp. MS Excel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a sales or customer support function
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills
• Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating under pressure
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
• Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
• Experience with data analysis and report building
