DESCRIPTION
Souq.com, an Amazon company, is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a segment of our business and be measured on the growth and quality metrics for this segment.
To succeed, you will need to understand the strategic vision, set the success metrics and KPIs, build the roadmap to achieving it, and properly assess and prioritize product features. You will also be responsible of defining detailed product requirements, and working closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely execution along the way.

REQUIREMENTS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of mobile and web product management, with transactional customer interactions.
· 5+ years strong track record of shaping business strategy for products or services.
· Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to deal with ambiguity and excited with opportunities to solve very complex problems.
· Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to details. Strong ability to present and influence senior management.· Self-driven leader, curious mind who love to creatively shape and drive customer experience in the highest standards.
· Proven ability to work cross-team, working well with feedback and input from business, product management, engineering, and market.
· Data-driven with superb analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
· Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business administration or equivalent professional experience
· Go-getter, self-driven, and passionate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master's degree in computer information systems, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
· Industry recognized subject matter expert.
· History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership.
