JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Design Manager
Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Manage the construction/design deliverable in accordance with construction requirements and Client’s expectations;
• Coordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders – Client, Design Team, Contractor and Master Developer
• Liaison with site engineers and review overall design intent is being achieved on site.
• Coordinates with Project Manager on issues related to project completion/schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• Capable on taking projects from initial concept design to practical completion
• 10+ years’ experience within GCC
• Creative Designer with excellent communication & leadership skills
